Fiesta Fish Tacos Recipe for Black Sea Bass

Title: Fiesta Fish Tacos
by hooligan
Type: Entree
Servings: 6
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients: - 6-8 Black Sea Bass Fillets
-Flour Tortillas
- 3-4 Limes
-Cilantro
-Plain White Rice
-Fresh mild Salsa (jar salsa works too, but fresh is always best)
-Mexican 4 or 5 Cheese shredded mix
-Salt
-Pepper
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions: Take the Black Sea Bass Fillets and fry them in a about 4 tablespoons of olive oil on low-medium heat until they start to flake slightly. Season lightly with salt and pepper while frying. Turn off heat, and set aside when done.
(You can bake the fillets too if you'd like, I just think frying works better for this in my opinion)

Cook your rice, if you have instant white rice wait until the fish is cooked. If you have bagged white rice and need to boil it, make it while the fish is frying. Keeping an eye on the fish so it doesn't overcook.

Cut 1 lime in half and squeeze one of the halves in the boiling water. Stir for 5 seconds.

When rice has finished cooking, drain water, and mix in your cilantro and squeeze the other half of the lime on the rice, empty contents into bowl and mix all of it together in said bowl. (easy cilantro and lime rice)

Take your tortillas and microwave them for around 15-20 seconds or until warm. NOT HOT. Warm. Place your shredded cheese on the tortilla first, then lay the warm sea bass fillets ontop of it. Add another layer of shredded cheese ontop of the fillets.

Serve as is, with the Salsa in a separate bowl, same goes for the Cilantro Lime rice, so your dinner guests can add as much or as little as they desire on/with their fish tacos.

Serve tacos by themselves (with the cilantro and lime rice inside) Or serve the rice as a side with the Tacos. Either way tastes great!
Other Notes: This recipe is easy, it can just sometimes be a bit time consuming.
